Order Processing

Orders begin processing after your purchase is confirmed. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

You will have an opportunity to review the shipping options and total cost before completing your purchase.

Orders With Multiple Products

Because Country Life & Chaos works with multiple supplier partners, products in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations.

As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different delivery dates. Tracking information may also be provided separately for each shipment.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volumes, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing, please contact Country Life & Chaos with your order number and any relevant photos.

For packages marked delivered but not received, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors first. We may also ask you to contact the shipping carrier as part of the investigation.

Products may have different shipping availability depending on the supplier. Available shipping options for your address will be shown during checkout.

I deliberately didn’t promise free shipping, a specific delivery time, or international delivery. Your checkout is calculating shipping dynamically, and your products can come from different Collective suppliers, so this gives you flexibility without making promises you can’t control.
